“Fewer better buildings were really the kind of ultimate brief. Like most companies were consolidating because we didn't need quite as much space as we used to have, but we wanted to create better spaces to really encourage people to come back into the office, but to enjoy being in the office. Because when you got used to working from home, you know, it's quite hard to compete with your kitchen and your tap at the local."
