"It is great to kind of build a project, and it looks amazing, but if you haven't got that space plan that functions correctly and works with the brief on what the client has requested, it's just never gonna work down the line. So, actually, kind of finalising that brief with the client and making sure that functionality is at the forefront of the design is the one thing that I'm seeing going forward."
